Warranty Policy
Guardian Sewer Solutions will Warranty any liner installed for up to 10 years from Service Date. This includes any liner failure due to installation or manufacturer defect. In the event Guardian Sewer Solutions were to become defunct, liner manufacturer (Perma-Liner Industries) will uphold 10-year warranty for manufacturer defects from date of liner install. "Acts of God" are not covered under Installation or Manufacturer warranty; This includes: shifting or settling ground, root intrusion, frost heave, or any other situations out of control of Guardian Sewer Solutions. Warranty is void if third party (not Guardian Sewer Solutions) enters sewer pipe without Guardian Sewer Solutions' knowledge or approval. Warranty is void if mechanical objects such as snake or rodder machine are inserted into sewer pipe, damaging liner. Warranty is void if chemical cleaners such as Drano are poured down the sewer, damaging liner. Warranty is void if damage is made to liner or sewer pipe from outside intrusion such as excavation. Pipe descaling/ pipe milling are not warrantied. If pipe descaling service is provided and damage is uncovered, this is not the fault of Guardian Sewer Solutions; damage was already present and descaling brought it to surface. In this event, customer will be quoted liner service to repair. If pipe descaling service is provided and sewer pipe fractures or otherwise disintegrates, this is not warrantied as this is an "Act of God"; pipe descaling did not damage the pipe, pipe was already past its point of lifespan. All attempts will be made to respect property of customer. If Guardian Sewer Solutions creates damage to customer's property outside of sewer pipe, all attempts will be made to reimburse customer for cost of damage.
Return Policy
Liner Services are non-refundable as liner is a permanent fixture once installed. Pipe Milling/ Descaling Services are non-refundable as it is a permanent transformation of the interior of the sewer pipe. Camera Services are non-refundable as it is charged based on Length of Service Time & Labor Rates; this includes if unable to camera entirety of sewer pipe due to access or inability to navigate after attempt was made as Guardian Sewer Solutions still arrived on site to perform service over period of time. Every attempt will be made in all scenarios to camera entirety of sewer pipe to best of operator's ability.
Payment Policy
Full payment to Guardian Sewer Solutions is not due until service is complete (Any service quoted over $10,000 may require deposit not exceeding 50% of full payment). Email Quotes will be provided prior to work done, which customer must accept via online portal prior to date of service, or work will be re-scheduled/ terminated. Email Invoices will be provided after work is completed and are expected to be paid upon completion of service. Cash is not an accepted form of payment. Check is not an accepted form of payment. Credit Card payments will incur an additional 3% processing fee. ACH payments will incur no processing fee. Guardian Sewer Solutions will provide access to Third Party Financing prior to date of service, if customer requests. Guardian Sewer Solutions does not need paid directly via Third Party; customer will use financing to supplement another accepted form of payment such as ACH.
Financing Policy
Financing is not provided directly by Guardian Sewer Solutions, but by Third Party. Any questions, concerns, disagreements, support, etc. on financing should be directed to Third Party. Any contracts or agreements signed by customer for financing are between customer and Third Party, not Guardian Sewer Solutions. Financing payments are to be made to Third Party, not Guardian Sewer Solutions. Guardian Sewer Solutions is due full amount of Service provided after successful completion of said service, of which Financing helped customer afford. Any contact made to customer based on possible collections, late payments, etc. is conducted by Third Party, not Guardian Sewer Solutions.
Referral Policy
Guardian Sewer Solutions will provide (1) Amex $50 gift card to (1) referral from prior customer, whose referral purchased a sewer liner service. Prior customer is defined as any customer Guardian Sewer Solutions provided a camera service, pipe descale/mill, or liner service to. Approved referrals who purchase liner service may purchase any length of liner service that Guardian Sewer provides to qualify. Referrals are uncapped - prior customer may provide as many referrals as they wish; so long as referral purchases liner service, prior customer will continue to be awarded (1) $50 Amex gift card per referral. Referral must state prior customer name and address for prior customer to be awarded Amex card.
Video & Photo Policy
Guardian Sewer Solutions reserves the right to use any and all media recorded or otherwise photographed while inside sewer pipe using equipment owned and operated by Guardian Sewer Solutions. This includes use on any and all of Guardian Sewer Solutions' Social Media and Website. Any media owned and used by Guardian Sewer Solutions will not have personal information of homeowner present - including name or address. Guardian Sewer Solutions will not capture personal information of homeowner in media, and ensure property that may reveal the identity of homeowner is not included in media without homeowner's consent. Customer will be provided temporary links to download any and all media captured by Guardian Sewer Solutions while in sewer pipe. Links to downloadable content will be temporary, based on a timeframe customer will be made aware of after services rendered. Guardian Sewer Solutions cannot be made to hold media for customers indefinitely and will permanently delete media after established holding timeframe. If customer requests media after timeframe has lapsed, customer will need to purchase a Camera Inspection for a new collection of media of their sewer pipe.
